Le Cookie du Jour bakery was created after a successful bake sale fundraiser which was held to raise money for my participation in The Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk, in memory of my brother Steve.
Once the Walk was over, and the fundraising complete, many of my friends asked me to continue baking my special treats.
I decided to start a company called Le Cookie du Jour, where everything is custom made, and a percentage of every sale is donated to help find a cure for cancer.
How sweet is that?!
